XLT X4 3240-2-G Double-Stack Gas Conveyor Pizza Oven, 32-Inch Belt

The XLT X4 3240-2-G is a double-stack gas conveyor oven package designed for high-volume pizza, flatbread, sandwich, and bakery production. Two independently operated oven decks increase output while maintaining one floor footprint.

Each deck uses a 32-inch-wide reversible conveyor and a 40-inch baking chamber. Digital controls provide 12 programmable presets, onboard diagnostics, an adjustable bake time from 1 minute 30 seconds to 20 minutes, and a temperature range from 300°F to 590°F.

The stainless steel package includes two complete ovens with crumb trays, conveyor end stops, removable front panels, drop-down sandwich doors with glass windows, standard finger arrangements, top, base, legs, casters, and shipping crates.

Installation note: Confirm gas type, gas pressure, electrical supply, ventilation, clearances, and fire-suppression requirements before ordering. Installation and start-up must be completed by qualified contractors according to the correct Version G manual and local codes.
