Product Description
The XLT H3 3240-2 F-Version hood is engineered for a double-stack XLT 3240 conveyor-oven installation. Its efficient canopy and removable open-shroud system capture heat and grease-laden vapors at the conveyor openings while preserving access to the ovens for operation, cleaning, and service.
The hood requires less exhaust airflow than many conventional canopy systems and is designed for approximately 670 CFM with both compatible oven decks operating. The ceiling-suspended configuration supports XLT oven-and-hood interlock controls.
Included-equipment clarification: Manufacturer model H3 3240-2 is the hood and shroud configuration. The VFD controller, exhaust fan, roof curb, ductwork, make-up air, and fire-suppression system are not included with this SKU unless separately stated in the project quotation. Installation and commissioning must be completed by qualified contractors in accordance with local codes.
