The range includes (1) electric hybrid convection oven with three racks, and a 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf for convenience. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs, delivering a robust and reliable cooking solution for high-demand kitchens. With a total output of 198,000 BTUs, it is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.
