This 48" Southbend gas range is equipped with four star/sauté burners with standard grates, and a 24" charbroiler on the right side. It includes a standing pilot and one convection oven with battery spark ignition. The unit also features a cabinet base with three racks, a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6" adjustable legs. It delivers 228,000 BTU, ensuring powerful and efficient cooking.
