The Southbend 4483AC-3CR is a high-performance gas range designed for commercial kitchens. This 48" unit features two star/sauté burners with standard grates and a 36" charbroiler on the right side, both equipped with a standing pilot. It also includes one convection oven with battery spark ignition, a cabinet base with three racks, and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. Built from stainless steel, it offers durability and ease of cleaning. The unit provides a total of 194,000 BTU, and is CSA and NSF certified to meet commercial kitchen standards.
