The Winco UTSH Series Utility Tongs are designed for professional cooking, food preparation, grilling, serving, buffets, catering, restaurants, and commercial kitchens. They feature one-piece stainless steel construction with a silicone-coated handle that provides insulation and helps protect hands from hot or cold temperatures.
These 12-inch utility tongs are designed to handle a wide temperature range from -40°F to 500°F (-40°C to 260°C). The thin scalloped gripping ends provide secure handling of food, while the color-coded silicone handles allow the different variants to be easily identified. The UTSH series is NSF Listed.
