Each spoon combines a durable 1.2 mm stainless steel bowl with a comfortable polypropylene stop-hook handle, providing reliable performance during everyday commercial use.

The three series provide different bowl styles for different foodservice applications. BHOP models feature solid bowls, BHPP models feature perforated bowls for draining excess liquid, and BHSP models feature slotted bowls for lifting and serving foods while allowing liquids to drain.
