Winco Non-Stick Aluminized Steel Springform Pans

The Winco HSP Series includes commercial springform pans made from durable 24-gauge aluminized steel with a double-coated Quantum2 non-stick surface. These round pans are designed for professional bakeries, restaurants, pastry kitchens, catering operations, and commercial foodservice environments.

The springform design allows the sidewall to be released from the baked product for easier removal, making these pans particularly suitable for cheesecakes, tortes, specialty cakes, and other delicate baked goods. The non-stick coating is PTFE/PFOA-free, withstands temperatures up to 500°F (260°C), and is dishwasher safe.
