Winco HLP & HPP Commercial Bread Aluminized Steel Pans with Silicon Glaze

The Winco HLP and HPP Series includes durable commercial bread and loaf pans designed for bakeries, restaurants, cafés, catering operations, and professional kitchens. The HLP models feature aluminized steel construction with a non-stick silicone glaze, tapered folded construction, and rolled top edges designed to resist warping. They are PTFE/PFOA-free.

The HPP models are straight-sided aluminized steel Pullman pans with a non-stick finish. Their flat lids help retain steam during baking and create the classic Pullman-style loaf. HPP-15L is the matching cover for HPP-15.
