Winco Commercial Non-Stick Aluminized Steel Muffin & Cupcake Pans

The Winco HMF Series includes heavy-duty commercial muffin and cupcake pans designed for professional bakeries, restaurants, catering operations, and commercial kitchens. These pans are constructed from 26-gauge aluminized steel with a premium non-stick silicone-glazed surface for clean product release and easier cleanup.

All HMF models feature a closed-bead, wire-reinforced rim for added durability and are sized at approximately 17-7/8" × 25-7/8", making them suitable for commercial ovens and speed racks. The different cup configurations provide options ranging from mini muffins to jumbo muffins and large cupcakes.
