The Winco PGW-1216 and PGW-2416 are heavy-duty chrome-plated wire sheet pan grates designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, restaurants, catering operations, and professional foodservice environments. The elevated wire design keeps food raised above the sheet pan surface, allowing air to circulate underneath for more even cooling, baking, roasting, and draining.

Both grates feature raised feet and a versatile open-wire design that can be used as a cooling rack, icing rack, or support grate. The PGW-1216 is designed for half-size sheet pans, while the PGW-2416 fits full-size sheet pans.
