The Winco BSPT-H and BSST-H Series Heavy-Duty Basting Spoons are designed for professional food preparation and serving in restaurants, commercial kitchens, buffets, catering operations, steam tables, and other foodservice environments. Constructed from 1.5 mm thick stainless steel, these spoons provide extra durability and resistance to bending during repeated commercial use.

The BSPT-H models feature a perforated bowl that allows excess liquids to drain while retaining solid foods. The BSST-H models feature a slotted bowl for similar draining applications. Both styles have long handles for extended reach, hanging holes for convenient storage, and dishwasher-safe construction.
