The Winco APP-20 is a 20-inch aluminum pizza and burger peel designed for commercial pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, and professional kitchens. It features a 9" × 6-3/4" aluminum blade that slides easily beneath pizzas, burgers, dough, and other foods for safe transfer.
Constructed from 14-gauge aluminum with 1.6 mm thickness, the peel provides a lightweight yet durable design for frequent commercial use. Its 11-inch handle provides additional reach and control when transferring food in and out of ovens.
