Product Description
The Winco AASP-063 and AASP-093 are hard anodized aluminum springform pans designed for professional bakeries, restaurants, pastry kitchens, catering operations, and commercial baking. Their durable construction provides even heat distribution and clean release for cheesecakes, tortes, layered cakes, and other delicate baked goods.
Both pans are oven safe up to 450°F (232°C) and are recommended for hand washing because aluminum products are not dishwasher safe.
