The Winco 108A-WP Vintage Chafer Water Pan will keep the food inside your Winco Vintage Chafer warm through the use of steam heat. Simply fill it up with hot water, place it in the chafer frame, place the food pan on top, and it will provides hours of even steam heat that will keep food at the optimal temperature.
This 8 quart water pan has a lip to prevent excess moisture from dripping onto the food and table, while its durable stainless steel body allows for easy cleanup.
