Product Description
The Vollrath FC-4CP-06120-N is a six-well NSF 7 refrigerated modular drop-in cold pan designed to hold prechilled foods at serving temperature. The fabricated well and flange use 300-Series stainless steel, while thick polyurethane insulation and refrigeration coils surrounding the exterior side walls support efficient, even cooling.
The 3-inch recessed design accommodates standard 12 x 20 pans up to 6 inches deep and helps shield food from ambient air. A self-contained R290 refrigeration system is suspended below the well, while a full-perimeter drip edge, 1-inch integral drain, remote on/off switch with 4-foot cord, and 6-foot power cord simplify installation and operation.
