Vollrath BMHDC-3 Bain-Marie Heated Display Case illuminates and holds prepared, preheated foods at proper serving temperatures. Its versatile well operates with wet or dry heat, while the double-wall stainless steel base helps reduce heat loss and maintain food quality without overheating.
Optional self-serve kit with front-access sliding glass doors is sold separately.
