Product Description
The Vollrath 3640801HD is a five-well modular drop-in hot food well built from marine-grade stainless steel for enhanced resistance to hard water, corrosion, and aggressive cleaning. High-density glass-fiber insulation helps retain heat, while individual drain shutoffs and a drip-free flange support easier service and cleanup.
Each well accepts a full-size food pan up to 6 inches deep. Detachable infinite controls can be remotely mounted for convenient operation. The unit uses a 5000-watt heating system and is designed for 208-240V operation.
