This 16 gauge hand-hammered Mandarin wok is designed for use on gas stoves. While hand-hammered woks are more durable than others, they are not perfectly flat, making them unsuitable for induction ranges.

• Bottom diameter of 8.25″
• Made of 16 GA (1.25 mm) carbon steel
• Single riveted wooden handle

Woks must be cleaned and seasoned prior to use.  Proper seasoning will create a non-stick coating and prevent the wok from rusting.
