The 26 quart sauce pot that is made of aluminum mirror- finished. It is exceptional design to heat food thoroughly for flavor consistency. With the material it is made out of, the product has a dent resistant surface to endure professional kitchen duty and also could be used at home. The sauce pan is easy to clean but it is recommend to wash the pan by hand. Another feature about this product is that it is NSF listed. It is available from 5 to 60 quart capacities. The lid is sold separately. Remember to purchase the 26 quart sauce pot lid.
