Ultimate Restaurant Range, gas/electric, 36", featuring (2) non-clog burners with standard grates, a 24" griddle on the left side, standing pilot, and thermostatic controls. It includes (1) electric hybrid convection oven with battery spark ignition, and (3) racks. The unit also features a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6" adjustable legs. The total BTU is 114,000. It meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications.

This commercial range is available in both gas and electric versions, providing a versatile 36" wide, 37" high, and 27" deep cooking surface. It features standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven. The unit also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator. The range top has center-to-center burner spacing not less than 12”, and a removable one-piece drip tray for easy cleaning.
