The Southbend TVGS/12SC TruVection Gas Convection Oven is a low-profile, single-deck oven designed to meet the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. It features electronic ignition, solid-state thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 150-550°F, and a 60-minute mechanical cook timer for precise cooking. The oven’s porcelain interior ensures easy cleaning, while the cool-down fan helps maintain optimal temperature control. It includes three racks and is constructed with a durable stainless steel door handle, front, sides, and top, along with 6" legs for easy installation. With a 1/2 HP motor and 52,000 BTU output, this oven is CSA and NSF certified, ensuring reliability and safety.
