The Southbend TVGS/32SC TruVection Gas Convection Oven is a low-profile, triple-deck oven designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that require versatility and efficiency. Featuring electronic ignition and solid-state thermostatic controls, it provides precise temperature control ranging from 150-550°F. The oven includes a 60-minute mechanical cook timer, interior light, and a cool-down fan to maintain optimal cooking conditions. Each deck includes three racks and boasts a porcelain oven interior for easy cleaning. Built with stainless steel on the door handle, front, sides, and top, and with 6" legs for easy installation, this oven has three 1/2 HP motors and a powerful 156,000 BTU output.
