The Southbend TVES/10SC TruVection Electric Convection Oven is a low-profile, single-deck oven designed to provide consistent and even cooking temperatures. Equipped with electronic ignition and solid-state thermostatic controls, it offers a temperature range from 150-550°F. The oven includes a 60-minute mechanical cook timer, interior light, and a cool-down fan for efficient operation. It comes with three racks and a porcelain oven interior for easy cleaning. Built with durable stainless steel on the door handle, front, sides, top, and 6" legs, this oven operates with a 1/2 HP motor and a 7.5kW power output. It is CSA and NSF certified, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchens.
