The Southbend TVES/30SC TruVection Electric Convection Oven features a low-profile, triple-deck design, providing three cooking compartments stacked for maximum cooking capacity in commercial kitchens. With electronic ignition and solid-state thermostatic controls, it offers a temperature range from 150-550°F, ensuring precise cooking every time. The oven is equipped with a 60-minute mechanical cook timer, interior light, and a cool-down fan for optimal cooking conditions. Each compartment includes three racks and a porcelain oven interior for easy cleaning. Built with durable stainless steel on the door handle, front, sides, top, and 6" legs, this oven is both functional and long-lasting. Featuring three 1/2 HP motors and three 7.5kW power outputs, it is CSA and NSF certified, ensuring reliable performance.
