The Southbend 4721DD-3TR is an Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range designed for heavy-duty commercial kitchens. This 72" unit includes (6) non-clog burners and a 36" griddle positioned on the right side. It features thermostatic controls, standing pilot, and (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition. The ovens come with (1) rack each and the range is equipped with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, the range includes 6" adjustable legs and delivers a total output of 352,000 BTU.
