The Southbend 4601AC-7L is a 60" gas restaurant range with (4) non-clog burners and (4) Pyromax burners on the left side. It includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base. The range comes with (3) racks, a 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf, and is built with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6" adjustable legs. It provides a total of 324,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified.
