The Southbend 4606AA-2CR is a high-performance 60" gas restaurant range featuring three star/sauté burners at the front and two Pyromax burners at the rear. On the right side, it includes a 24" charbroiler. The unit also features two convection ovens with battery spark ignition, each including three racks per oven. Additionally, it has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. This range provides 307,000 BTU of power and is CSA and NSF certified.
