The Southbend 4607AD-2CR is a 60-inch ultimate restaurant gas range, designed for commercial kitchens that demand high performance. It features (4) Pyromax burners and a 24" charbroiler located on the right side. The range includes both a standard oven and a convection oven, both equipped with battery spark ignition. It comes with a total of (4) racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The stainless steel construction, combined with 6" adjustable legs, ensures durability and ease of use. With a robust 301,000 BTU capacity, it is ideal for high-output cooking environments.
