The Southbend 4481EE-7R Ultimate Restaurant Range is designed for high-volume cooking in commercial kitchens. It features four Pyromax burners and two non-clog burners on the left side for versatile cooking. The range is equipped with two space-saver ovens with battery spark ignition, and each oven includes one rack. The 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf provides additional storage. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, it rests on 6" adjustable legs. With a total output of 316,000 BTU, this range is CSA and NSF certified for durability and safety.
