The Southbend 4481EE-3CR Ultimate Restaurant Range is a durable 48" gas range, ideal for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It includes two non-clog burners with standard grates and a 36" charbroiler on the right side. The range also features two space-saver ovens with battery spark ignition, each equipped with one rack. Additional features include a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf for added storage. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, it stands on 6" adjustable legs. With a total output of 252,000 BTU, it is CSA and NSF certified for safety and reliability.
