The Southbend 4484DC-2CL is a 48" gas range tailored for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features two star/sauté burners at the front and two non-clog burners at the rear, equipped with standard grates and a standing pilot. The unit also includes a 24" charbroiler on the left side, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a cabinet base with a rack. Designed with durability in mind, it has a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with a 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf and 6" adjustable legs.
