The Southbend P36N-PPP is a 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for space-saving while delivering high performance. The 29-3/4" plancha features three burners, each providing 16,000 BTU. The front two-thirds can reach up to 800°F for searing, while the rear operates at lower temperatures for finishing. The 1/2" thick reinforced steel plate, heated by cast-iron burners, offers excellent heat retention for quick preheat and recovery times.

The unit is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom for durability, and includes a 5" deep front rail, splash guards, and a 3" wide collection tray for easy maintenance. It also has a fully insulated lining and burner box, along with a 5" stainless steel flue riser that efficiently directs heat and smoke toward the ventilation hood.
