Featuring a full-width griddle, this unit provides six 16,000 BTU burners that power a 1" thick griddle plate, ensuring faster recovery times and efficient heat retention. The stainless steel construction across the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom enhances durability for daily use. This model is perfect for placing on countertops or mounting on a refrigerated or freezer base.

The griddle is equipped with splash guards on the sides and rear to contain spills and splatters. A removable stainless steel grease drawer makes cleaning easier, while the 9.25" deep front rail provides additional workspace. Fully insulated lining and burner box improve efficiency, and the 5" stainless steel flue riser ensures that heat and smoke are directed toward the ventilation system, keeping the kitchen comfortable.
