The porcelain enamel interior is easy to clean and can accommodate sheet pans in any direction.
Both the burner box and lining of the range are fully insulated to promote energy efficiency. Additionally, the 5" high stainless steel flue riser redirects heat and smoke away from the user, ensuring a cool and safe kitchen environment by channeling it towards the ventilation hood.
