The charbroiler delivers 40,000 BTU with two burners and reaches temperatures up to 600°F, perfect for achieving that signature char on meats and vegetables. The stainless steel radiants evenly distribute heat across the adjustable and removable cast iron grates, which retain heat well, improving recovery time between uses. The hot top has two 20,000 BTU burners with manual controls, providing flexibility for different cooking methods. The steel plates can heat up to 700°F, offering a high-temperature cooking surface to suit various recipes.
