It features two 20,000 BTU burners and a 1" thick griddle plate that retains heat, improving recovery time between sessions. The unit includes splash guards on the sides and rear, and a 9.25" deep front rail for added workspace.

Constructed with durable stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the range also has a removable grease drawer for easy waste disposal. The 5" stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from users into the ventilation hood, ensuring a safer and more comfortable kitchen environment.
