The Southbend P32D-XH Platinum Heavy Duty Gas Range is a 32" unit that combines two powerful Signature Pyromax burners, a 16" hot top, and a standard oven. With stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs, it is built to withstand daily use while offering easy installation on uneven floors.

The two open burners provide 45,000 BTU of cooking power each, with a clog-free design that ensures smooth gas flow and easy maintenance. The removable cast iron top grates offer ergonomic convenience and heat retention, ensuring minimal recovery time. The 16" hot top features two 20,000 BTU burners with removable steel plates, reaching temperatures up to 700°F. A 9.25" deep rail runs across the front, offering added safety and workspace.

The standard oven is equipped with a standing pilot and delivers an additional 45,000 BTU. It features a temperature range of 175°F to 500°F, with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management.
