The Southbend P32C-TT Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a 32" gas griddle with thermostatic controls, offering precise temperature settings. The unit includes four 20,000 BTU burners and a 1" thick griddle plate for better heat retention and quick recovery. The cabinet base provides storage, and the stainless steel construction with 6" adjustable legs ensures durability and easy leveling.

This range features battery spark ignition and a 5" stainless steel flue riser to direct heat and smoke into the ventilation hood. It meets cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards, and qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
