The Southbend HDG-24 is a gas-powered commercial countertop griddle with a spacious 24" W x 24" D cooking surface, designed for high-performance cooking. It features a 1" thick polished steel plate and thermostatic controls for precise temperature regulation. The griddle is equipped with a flame failure safety device, battery spark ignition, and durable stainless steel construction for the front, sides, and 4" adjustable legs. With 60,000 BTU of power, it's ideal for heavy-duty use and comes with CSA and NSF certifications.
