This heavy-duty 18" Thermostatic Griddle features a powerful 30,000 BTU (LP) burner and precise "Insta-on" thermostatic controls that allow settings between 200°F and 550°F. The embedded load-sensing thermostat ensures consistent performance, while the flame failure safety device and electronic spark ignition enhance safety and reliability. Its construction includes stainless steel front, vent, and sides, along with aluminized steel rear and bottom panels. The griddle also boasts a 1" thick polished rolled steel plate and reinforced double-wall sides for durability.
