The Southbend P36C-GRAD Platinum Heavy Duty Gas Range is a 36" graduated hot top designed for demanding commercial kitchens. It features manual controls, a powerful 62,000 BTU burner, and a stainless steel cabinet base with adjustable legs for installation on uneven floors. Its heavy-duty construction ensures excellent protection against rust and corrosion.

This range includes a full-width graduated hot top with removable steel plates, capable of reaching up to 900°F at the center. The cabinet base offers ample storage space with removable doors, and the front has a 9.25" deep rail for added convenience.
