The Southbend P36C-BBC is a 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range featuring four 35,000 BTU open burners, a 12" charbroiler, and a convection oven base. Designed for high-volume kitchens, this unit is built with stainless steel front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and adjustable 6" legs, ensuring durability and easy setup on uneven floors.
The open burners provide efficient, non-clogging performance, with removable welded steel top grates that create a stable, flat cooking surface. The two-burner charbroiler adds 32,000 BTU of power, reaching up to 600°F, with stainless steel radiants for even heat distribution across cast-iron grates. These grates are adjustable to accommodate various recipes and retain heat for faster recovery. Both the burners and charbroiler feature removable drip trays for hassle-free maintenance.
The convection oven is equipped with a 45,000 BTU burner and a two-speed fan that ensures even heat circulation. With a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F, the oven comes with three racks and porcelain enamel interior for easy cleaning.
