The Southbend P36C-FF Platinum Heavy Duty Gas Range is a 36" unit designed for high-performance cooking, featuring two 18" French hot tops and a cabinet base for added convenience. With stainless steel construction on the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, along with 6" adjustable legs, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of commercial kitchen use.

Each French hot top is powered by a 35,000 BTU burner and features removable steel plates that can reach up to 900°F at the center. The 9.25" deep rail at the front serves as an additional work surface. The cabinet base includes removable doors for easy access to storage space for cooking supplies. This range also features fully insulated lining and burners for improved cooking efficiency, and the 5" stainless steel flue riser helps pull heat and smoke towards the ventilation hood.
