The Southbend P36A-GGC Platinum Heavy Duty Range is a versatile 36" gas cooking unit, combining a 24" griddle, a 12" charbroiler, and a convection oven. This all-in-one range offers flexibility, ideal for high-output kitchens, and is built with stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, along with 6" adjustable legs to accommodate uneven floors. With a total cooking power of 141,000 BTU, this unit is engineered for performance, durability, and efficiency.
The 24" griddle comes with four 16,000 BTU burners and a 1" thick plate that retains heat for faster preheating and recovery. Splash guards around the sides and rear ensure a clean cooking area, while a removable stainless steel grease drawer makes cleaning easy. The 12" charbroiler features two 16,000 BTU burners and cast-iron grates that heat evenly, with temperatures reaching up to 600°F. These grates are removable and adjustable, offering flexibility for different recipes. The removable drip tray simplifies maintenance.
