The Southbend P32C-32B is a gas-powered, 32" Platinum Heavy Duty Broiler featuring radiant burners and a single deck design. It includes a cabinet base with a warming oven, and a durable stainless steel exterior, including the front, sides, and back. This broiler provides 110,000 BTU (natural gas) and is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use. The unit also includes 6" adjustable legs, and the broiler grid is designed for easy adjustment and operation.
