The Serv-Ware SMGS-36-SA is a 36-inch commercial manual gas griddle built for countertop cooking applications. Three burners provide 30,000 BTU each for a total input of 90,000 BTU, with one manual control for each 12-inch cooking zone.
The unit features a 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate, standby pilot, stainless steel front and sides, adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel legs, and a bottom oil collector. It ships configured for natural gas.
