The SaniServ 601 Commercial Countertop Shake Machine is designed for high-volume beverage operations that need consistent shake production in a compact footprint. With a 20-quart single-flavor hopper and the ability to produce up to 3 twelve-ounce shakes per minute, it provides reliable performance during busy service periods.

Built with heavy-duty stainless steel construction, the SaniServ 601 combines durability with a space-saving countertop design. Its refrigerated mix hopper uses R-404A refrigerant to keep the mix below 40°F before entering the freezing cylinder. The machine features AccuFreeze solid-state controls for consistent product quality and a heavy-duty stainless steel dasher with low-friction scraper blades.

The unit is designed for straightforward cleaning and sanitizing, with components that can be easily disassembled. It is available in 208–230V, 1-phase or 3-phase configurations and can be ordered with an optional cord set for plug-in installation.
