The Robot Coupe CL55E2HEAD is a high-volume commercial vegetable preparation machine equipped with two feed heads for versatile food processing. Its 2.5 HP induction motor operates at 425 RPM and is designed for demanding restaurant, institutional, commissary, and foodservice applications.

This two-feed-head configuration combines an automatic feed head for efficient continuous processing with a pusher feed head featuring a full-moon hopper and cylindrical feed tubes for larger or longer vegetables. The CL55E2HEAD is capable of slicing, grating, shredding, ripple cutting, julienne cutting, dicing, and French fries when the appropriate discs and kits are used. The standard U.S. configuration includes 3 mm slicing and 3 mm grating discs.
