The Robot Coupe CL55B NODISC is a heavy-duty bulk-feed vegetable processor designed for high-volume food preparation in commercial kitchens, commissaries, institutions, and other professional foodservice operations. Its 2.5 HP induction motor operates at 425 RPM and provides consistent processing performance for demanding production environments.

The bulk-feed system allows large quantities of vegetables to be processed continuously, while the external side-ejection design directs prepared product directly into a container. The stainless steel construction, mobile stand, magnetic safety system, and motor brake provide durability, convenient operation, and added operator protection. This NODISC configuration is supplied without processing discs, allowing compatible slicing, grating, julienne, dicing, and other discs to be purchased separately.
